Hi everyone! Thinking of going to the Perplexiplex show on Friday night, wanted to get some input from others who have been... I'm just not clear on whether or not you have to purchase exhibit tickets if you just want to go to the show. Can you just buy a ticket for the concert without an exhibit ticket? It says they are separate but doesn't say that an exhibit ticket must be purchased from what I see.

Also, it's an 18+ show... my wife and I are 21+ ... there's adult beverages available like any other concert venue, right?

Imported a clip shot as vertical video. It winds up in after effects as horizontal so I rotate the clip 270 degrees and change the composition settings from landscape to portrait.

Now when I go to use the rotobrush and double click on the layer it rotates back to landscape mode and I’m not sure how to get it back.

Time to replace my 7 y.o. i7/GTX-1660 Super system. Dumbass HP board won't even support more than 16GB RAM. Much tech has changed since then, so I'm asking this question.

I have a nice widescreen monitor that has nvidia/G-sync support. But I'm looking at building a new Ryzen/AM5 based system because I like the lower power requirements over an i9.

At some point I've got to replace the GTX1660 Super. I'm thinking an RX 6800 is about right for my budget, unless 4090's come down in price significantly. RTX 30xx is power hungry and hot so not my pref.

The question(s):

- is there any synergy bonus from matching the AMD CPU with an AMD GPU? Does it matter much that I would not be able to use the G-Sync of the monitor?

Bonus question: WTF is going on with everyone having Borg-like cooling tubes in their builds? Coolers are just for OC'ing still, yes?
